The Go binding is a thin CGO wrapper and does not currently support
custom document extractors. Custom plugins must be implemented in Rust.

    Go currently supports:
    - **PostProcessor** - Transform extraction results
    - **Validator** - Validate extraction results
    - **OcrBackend** - Custom OCR implementations
